Exchanges
Very rarely do we except exchanges. Email us at heycrmystudios@gmail.com to inquire.
Exchanges are done via two avenues:
1) Store credit that is the same value for the piece being exchanged.
2) A replacement piece is made at the same value for the piece being exchanged.
Returns
We do not accept returns. All purchases are final.
Lost Packages
CRMY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number says your package arrived and you do not see it, contact your building or local post office.
Shipping
For ready-made pieces, please expect a shipping time of around 1 week after order is placed. Orders are usually shipped the Monday following the date of purchase.
For custom orders please expect 1-4 weeks for production and shipping. However, wait times may exceed that.
Washing Instructions
*Hand or machine wash inside-out in cold water.
Hang or tumble dry on a lower heat.
For airbrushed pieces - use minimal detergent.
*Machine washing airbrushed pieces with lots of detergent will cause slight fading.
Upcycled Policy
Expect potential wear on all pieces labeled "upcycled."
All pieces have been inspected and pass a quality check - all clothing is durable/high quality.
